Experience

• Seattle: September 2019 to July 2020: supported hosts who owned a beautiful loft in Seattle. Answered guest questions and sent messages through Air BnB, maintained spreadsheets, scheduled cleaners, set door codes, ensured that guest requests were fulfilled.

• Anacortes: September 2021 to Present: Support host who rents out three different spaces on his property. Maintain records for cleaning, income and other guest information. Finding appropriate tools to use for texting and record keeping. Sending text messages guests to confirm arrival times. Communicating with guests and potential guests by promptly responding to inquires through both Air BnB and VRBO.

I’m happy to learn any systems that you may have in place or create and improved systems to increase efficiency.

Other Work Experience: I’ve worked as a professional organizer, nanny, blogger and family advocate. I enjoy creating systems and routines and keeping things organized.

Though I would mostly work virtually, I would be happy to be an on-call/back-up person for emergencies for clients whose rentals are within 10 miles of Langley (South Whidbey Island.)
